Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, manage the team, and ensure our salon runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the salon team to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, and salon presentation
• Oversee bookings, client inquiries, and customer service standards
• Support recruitment, training, and staff development
• Monitor performance, targets, and KPIs to drive business growth
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle client feedback with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with ownership on promotions, marketing, and new service ideas

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Salon Manager or Supervisor (beauty or wellness industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused with a passion for beauty and wellness
• Confident with booking systems, scheduling, and basic admin tasks
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
